Specialist Service Type Rate Duration
Dr. Olivia Hilchey Initial Psychological Evaluation $350 90 minutes This fee is for clients referred for a full psychological evaluation rather than therapy.

This session includes a semi-structured clinical interview to determine the scope and type of assessment needed. Due at the time of service.
Future Assessment Fees - - After the initial evaluation, you will receive a separate Psychological Assessment Fee Agreement with a written estimate of total assessment fees. Fees vary based on the tests administered and the time required for scoring, interpretation, and report writing. Our fees are competitive with local psychological testing rates in Louisville.

Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
You may be charged a full session fee if you fail to give this notice.

At Grace Psychological Services, our therapists are out-of-network providers for insurance plans. This means we do not directly bill insurance companies, and clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service. You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider for out-of-network mental health services, depending on your plan’s coverage. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits and understand the reimbursement process. If the standard rate is not feasible, a sliding scale fee based on your income may be available. Please discuss this option when scheduling your appointment.

If you are unable to pay the standard rate for treatment, a sliding scale fee based on your income can be determined. Please inquire during your consultation.
