Due to strong client demand at Grace Psychological Services, we’re excited to welcome additional part-time or full-time fully licensed clinicians to our growing practice in Louisville, Kentucky.

We specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based care with an optional faith-sensitive approach—particularly for clients seeking Christian-integrated therapy. Our clients are often high-functioning, insightful individuals and couples who value deep, meaningful work in therapy.

If you’re a licensed therapist or psychologist passionate about evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, and more), and open to incorporating Christian principles when clients desire it, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a W-2 employee position, so you can focus purely on clinical work—no business taxes, branding, or administrative overhead.

Clinical Position Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., counseling, psychology, marriage & family therapy)
• Active Kentucky licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD, etc.)
• Commitment to staying current with scientific research and best practices
• Willingness to attend case conferences and didactics
• Openness to integrating Christian counseling/faith elements when clinically appropriate and requested by clients
• Adherence to the American Association of Christian Counselors’ ethics code
